Log in to your account, go to the Settings tab, click Manage My Plan, scroll to the bottom, and click Cancel. If you run into any issues, reach out to support and we’ll help.
Yes, this is possible. Our billing team can switch your plan from Team to Solo so you’re no longer billed for the additional seats. Contact support and we’ll process the change for you.
Yes. You can pause your account for up to two months. You won’t be charged during that time, and you’ll still have full access to your account as usual.
No. If you cancel and later decide to reactivate, your data is not erased. Everything stays saved in the system and will be available again once your subscription is reactivated.
Go to Settings > Security and update your email. You’ll need to verify both your old and new email addresses to complete the change. If you no longer have access to your old address, contact support and our team can process it manually.
Your monthly membership charges begin once your 14-day free trial ends.
Right now, emails send through our shared system address rather than your own. To help your automations stay out of spam, the recipient can add your address to their contacts, adjust their Gmail settings, or reply to your email.
On the sender address: our development team is building a feature that will let emails send directly from each agent’s own email address rather than from [email protected]. We’ll notify all users once it’s rolled out.
The most common cause is a missing email subject line. Open your automation and confirm a subject line was entered for each email. Without one, the email won’t send.
Open a specific lead card and check the Email Activity section, or review sent messages in the Stats area of your email automations and broadcasts.
Go to your email templates, select your theme, and update your social media widgets there. Those widgets feed the icons in your signature.

At this time, you can’t add multiple addresses to a single contact card. We’d suggest adding extra property addresses in the description field, or, to track totals like commission and sales per deal, creating a separate contact card for each transaction.
On merging cards: our development team has this on its list of future feature roll-outs, though there’s no timeline yet. We’ll keep you updated if and when it becomes available.
Subcontacts are additional people linked to a main contact card, such as a spouse or partner. They are not duplicates, so they’re safe to keep.
A single contact card can’t be both. Best practice is to create two separate cards, one Seller card and one Buyer card, for that client.
They’re stored in the description/notes section of that lead’s contact card.
Yes. You can set up your automation so manually added leads are entered into the sequence. Here’s a walkthrough :[How to trigger an email automation tutorial]
At this time, customized triggers aren’t a capability within the system.
First, confirm the intake form was attached to a column in your pipeline when it was created. If it wasn’t, submissions won’t land in a column.
Go to your Forms section, find the form you created for that guide, and open its Form Responses/Submissions to view and export those leads.
Go to Link in Bio, click Edit Bio Link, select Add Section, then add the Lead Magnet/Form section and select your form.
No. Leads from those sites aren’t pulled in automatically. Leads are added to your pipeline when they come through your Assist forms.
Your account is connected to the email you signed up with. To connect Google Calendar, go to the Meetings tab and click Connect.
A time zone must be selected for your availability to display. Go to Settings > Profile, set your time zone, then re-check the link.
Assist syncs with Google Calendar, not Apple/iCloud directly. The workaround is to connect your Google account inside your Apple Calendar app, so Google (and Assist) events flow into Apple Calendar both ways.
On iPhone or iPad:
On Mac:
Tip: When you create a new event you want synced, save it to your Google calendar (not the iCloud default), or it won’t reach Assist.
The meetings funnel connects through Google. From there, you can copy your Google Calendar URL into Outlook so your meetings show up there as well.
Assign due dates directly within a client’s lead card, or use the To Dos calendar to view and manage upcoming tasks.
Assist has limited Zapier support and doesn’t currently support webhooks. As an alternative, we offer a pooling feature. Contact support and we’ll help you set it up.
Our Zapier integration is limited. It can send contact info into another system, but it doesn’t fully populate or track information back inside Assist+. For those tools, we’d suggest keeping them separate for now.
Connecting Assist to Claude.ai via an MCP server URL isn’t supported at this time, though it’s on our development roadmap.
Not yet, but it’s on our feature roadmap, hopefully within the year. In the meantime, you can use Assist on your mobile device. It works best in Google Chrome on your phone. We’ll update all users once an app is available.
Not at this time. Assist runs on its own private server and doesn’t currently offer social media scheduling or recurring posts.
Please use this form to contact our support team and share any issues you’re experiencing or feedback you’d like to provide.
